Lost in Translation formed when 3 unlikely friends Alvaro Hoyos (from Spain), Joanna Hoff (from Australia/Norway) and Nueve Karanja (Kenya) got together to play together and jam mostly the blues circa 2008. It was not even a serious jamming group. Mosty they ended up just hanging out, eating, crashing other people's parties and drinking gazpacho. Then something mysterious happened and a spark was lit and they started writing songs. In 2011 they released a 10 song album of original material.
The album was titled "FLAGLESS: A Collection of songs for the politically incorrect".
