SceneMachine™ (also referred to as the Company) is committed to providing our Users with unique, interactive and value-added services through our SceneRoller™ interface (also referred to as the Service). Our goal is to create a community of music enthusiasts that wish to reconnect, discover and help write the tapestry that is our shared history. We provide our service and information online in a manner that respects and protects your privacy. This statement describes our information collection practices and explains how we use and protect your personal information.
Scope
This statement applies only to information collected by the Company through its SceneRoller interface. It does not apply to information you provide to any third parties whether through our site otherwise.
What We Collect and Why
Our goal is to create a community of music and historical enthusiasts who wish to relive, recreate, and write the history of local music scenes, past and present. The Service is also a platform to discover music, meet people and experience our shared history around our affinity to local music scenes. To do this, the Company collects certain personal information from our Users in order to create a personalized service that enhances the overall experience. Below is the basic information that our Users voluntarily provide for registration on our site:

- Your email address
- A User-Name
- A Password
- Your musical preferences
In addition, the Company collects other non personally identifying information including IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type. We collect this information to manage and improve our service, for security purposes, to track usage, and to share aggregated data to advertiser and music distributors.
Cookies
The Company uses cookies and web-log files to enhance the User experience, track site usage and trends, and deliver third-party advertising. Cookies are small bits of information that the Company places on our User's computers that enables us to recognize a User when the User returns to the site. Third party advertisers may also use cookies on our site. The Company does not control these cookies and our Users should check the privacy policies of these Internet advertising company or advertiser to see whether and how it uses cookies. A pixel tag is a tiny image inserted in a web page and used to record the number and types of views for that page. The Company may allow third party pixel tags to be present on The Company sites for purposes of advertising, providing services or data and statistical collection. If the user blocks cookies, this will negatively affect the functionality of this site.

SceneMachine is committed to ensuring the security of your information. We have put in place reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the information collected online.
Sharing Your Information
We will share user profile and demographic information with our partners and advertisers in order to deliver targeted advertising to our Users and enhance the overall experience of our service. This information will not be linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Children Under 13
The Service is intended for use by people aged 13 or older. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.
Changes to Policy
SceneMachine reserves the right to and may modify this privacy statement from time to time in order to keep up with changes in the law, industry standards or evolving business practices and service offerings of SceneMachine. Any modification of this policy shall be effective upon its posting to a SceneMachine web-site. A User's continued use of the SceneMachine's service after we post a revised Privacy Policy signifies your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage Users to review this Policy frequently and check for updates. We will do our best to notify Users of material changes to this Policy prior to or at the time of posting revised Privacy Policy to our site.
BETA Software Limits
SceneMachine's services, including Sceneroller, are "Beta" software. As such, our software is not devoid of risk of bugs and other problems associated with Beta software. SceneMachine disclaims and limits its liability with respect to this Beta software, including limitation of its liability regarding any privacy issue or protocol outlined in this Policy.
